Witkacy temporary theatre is located at the bottom of Tatras mountains, surrounding by many sport facilities. one of the most attractive activity during winter in Zakopane is ski jumping. It is located near our proposed location and our site has a straight view to the slope and astonishing scene with mountains in the back.

The main idea involves two different parts.
First part is permanent space for public usage into the green areas of camping site.
It can use as many different functions such as pavilion, temporary gallery, roofing space for campers and tents. It could be used to host exhibitions, performances and events.
The form is created by organic shapes and arches which are completely compatible with nature of Zakopane. It can be just a public space or like a art installation for visitors and pedestrians to just walk along it.

It defines the main function of the site as place for campus and tents by form of tent structure.
Second part is temporary space for theater. By using the space between wooden structure and generating simple form and modest way of experimental theater, either an indoor or an outdoor theater.
Outdoor stage is created by movable windows and walls ( glass material) and is Part of backstage for indoor stage.
It can be used, in warm months of Zakopane and make a pleasant space for outdoor performance.

It is built from many small and large plywood or CLT panels, specifically cutting for each part. They are tied together with cuts and metal anchors.
The shape is large shell structure that is folded down into five concrete footing. A special tensile material ( membrane) is stretched over the most part of structure.
